Acces Grignan, in Drôme Provençale
How to access Grignan?
Le Clair de la Plume is located in the center of the village of Grignan. The parking of Place du Mail, where the main house (& reception) is located, is partly closed because of the traffic. Please contact us (04.75.00.01.01) when you are in front of the terminals, then we can give you access. Free private parking is available, 300 meters from the main house. We will explain everything to you on site.
La Ferme Chapouton is located at the entrance of Grignan (from Montélimar). We advise to park, with charging points for electric cars, in front of the building, without unload your luggage.
Another car park is behind the building, with direct access to the rooms.

Grignan will be the central point during your stay : all around (from 5 min to 2 hours), discover a full diversity of landscapes and activities.

Stay
Welcome into your room!
All rooms have modern amenities: fully equipped bathroom, minibar, free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, telephone… All with their own particular character. Due to the historical character of our houses, rooms cannot be accessible to people with reduced mobility.
They are prepared carefully and with attention, using eco-friendly and efficient solutions, for your health and our Team’s health.
For a several day stay, we offer daily a service up to 3 pm. We do not propose a night service. But we’re not too far ! For any question, reception is at your disposal : clean towels, extra welcome products, water or for any advice on how to enjoy this beautiful region (picnic, bike rental, unusual charming places.. )
Rooms are available from 4 pm on your arrival day, and should be free by noon on departure day. The reception desk is open every day between 8:00 am and 11:00 pm. For your comfort, beds are made with hypoallergenic duvet. Should you prefer a blanket instead, please let us know before your stay. All rooms are non-smoking. Both our houses are historical mansions, therefore there is no lift in either place. However, we are at your disposal to bring your luggage up to your room.

Breakfast
Your breakfast
We hope to have back a “normal” organization and a totaly freedom in a few weeks. Actually, the traditional gourmet breakfast is postponed, replaced by a service “à la carte” in our restaurant, in room or to take away, everywhere in Grignan. It is always the same products, the same choices, prepared with care and passion.
Weather permitting, breakfast is served in our garden.
Breakfast is served between 8:00am and 11:00am. We advice to order the day before at least : click here.
Freedom? It is possible to choose on day, expect a 30 minutes setting up. Neither the choice, either the rate changes (€25 per person).
Restaurants
Would you like a table ?
Our gardens & terraces are vast, open and turned towards nature. We always cook with fresh and seasonal products, with passion. The menus of the Bistro Chapouton and the Gastronomic Restaurant (1* Michelin and green star for sustainable gastronomy) are co-signed by Glenn VIEL, 3* Chef. They are created by a team under the direction of our Chef, Benjamin Reilhes, and our Pastry Chef Cédric PERRET (Passion Dessert Michelin 2021: natural pastry, free and close to producers).
We offer different kind of caterings :
– Bistro in la Ferme Chapouton, on-site from €32.50, open daily
– Take away offer, the same menu as the Bistro but to take away for pic-nic
– Café des Vignerons, 500 m from the center of the village, open every day. An offer around wine tasting of the Appellation Grignan-les-Adhémar and tapas. Also, a bar service all day long.
– Gastronomic Restaurant 1 Michelin-Star in Clair de la Plume at 400 m. You have 4 choices:
- “Discovery” : Menu served in 2hoo at €109 (Friday and Saturday luches)
- “Elément Terre” : 5 courses Vegetarian Menu, € 135
- “5ᵉ Elément” : 5 courses Menu, € 180
- “Expérience” : 7 courses Menu, € 220
In order to guarantee the quality of the experience, only the aperitif and coffee can be taken on the terrace. Epicure ? click here Closed on Sunday and Monday, open every evening (Monday to Saturday included), as well as for lunch on Friday and Saturday.
– Mediterranean Garden, 400 m from the entrance of the village, open in July and August (on sunny days). Home-made ice cream service in the afternoon and, in the evening, grilled meats and salads: a simple and summery menu with a friendly service.
